Free Consultation Policy

Purpose of the Policy

This policy outlines the terms under which 3Dental offers free initial consultations.

Our goal is to ensure that patients are fully informed about their treatment options, costs, and payment plans, allowing them to make decisions confidently and transparently.

Eligibility

Free initial consultations are available to new patients seeking treatments in specific categories: implants, cosmetic procedures, and orthodontics. Please note that subsequent consultations in these categories are not included under this policy.

Consultation Details

Each free consultation includes:

• An assessment by a dentist in that specific field.
• A comprehensive discussion about your dental goals and evaluation of your treatment suitability.
• An explanation of various treatment options, helping you choose the one that best suits your situation.
• A detailed, priced treatment plan tailored to your needs.
• An explanation of your payment and financing options.

To assess specific aspects of your dental health, you may require a complete dental examination in addition to your consultation appointment.

Booking a Consultation

Patients can schedule a free consultation through the following methods:

• Booking through our online booking portal.
• Completing a form on our website, after which we will contact you to arrange an appointment.
• Directly calling our clinic.
• Sending us an email.

A €50 fully refundable, no-obligation deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is forfeited if the appointment is missed, cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice.

After your consultation, you may apply the deposit to your upcoming treatment or receive a refund.

Special Considerations for Implant Consultations

For consultations regarding dental implants, a 3D CT scan is typically necessary. We offer this diagnostic scan at a reduced cost of €50 (usually €150), exclusively for our consultation appointments.

You can use your deposit to cover the cost of this scan. You must pay the full price of the scan if you want to take it for use outside of 3Dental.

After the Consultation

Following your consultation, if you decide to proceed with the suggested treatment, our Treatment Coordinators will contact you to schedule the necessary appointments.

This ensures a seamless transition from consultation to treatment execution.
