While in Sydney, Shauna's career trajectory soared as she took on pivotal roles such as Dental Treatment Coordinator and Practice Manager. Her commitment to continuous education saw her earning a Diploma and Advanced Diploma of Management from APC in Sydney in 2015, a Diploma in Digital Marketing from CMIT in 2016, and a Train the Trainer Diploma from iSkill Dublin in 2017.
